Speaker Series - Living Green Wisconsin Expo 2008
Living Green Wisconsin will provide an opportunity for people to participate in free workshops on
various subjects by regional experts. Times and days for each presentation will be released soon.

State Representative Gordon Hintz will be speaking about the state of the energy policy in Wisconsin.
AA Exteriors will present a program on stopping energy loss and Zero Energy/Zero Emissions Homes as
well as a program on stopping energy loss.
WI Department of Natural Resources will present a workshop on home composting.
UW - Extension - to be announced
Aurora Health Care - to be announced
Winnebago County Master Gardeners will present a workshop on rooftop gardens.
Wisconsin Partners for SustainAbility will present three workshops on ideas, techniques, skills,
incentives and financial resources for businesses and organizations. Learn about the new Wisconsin Green
Exchange, the Conscious Consumer Discussion Course, Buy Local campaigns and practical steps you can take to
take advantage of this growing movement.
UW-Extension educators will provide practical information on how to take steps toward a more
sustainable home and yard. One seminar will focus on healthy and natural strategies for green yard care and
rainwater management. The other seminar will focus on healthy and cost-effective green household cleaning
products. References to useful materials and resources will be provided.
